Job summary

Khodiyar Esolutions is seeking a SolidWorks and PDM/PLM specialist to support deployment, administration, and integration with customer design workflows and data management strategies.

You will train users, provide technical support, assist with installation and configuration, and collaborate with the sales team for demonstrations and onboarding, while keeping up with the latest SolidWorks technologies.

Qualifications

• Support PDM/PLM deployment, administration, and integration with customer design workflows and data management strategies.
• Work with customers to understand their engineering requirements and customize SolidWorks solutions accordingly.
• Provide technical support, training for SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM/PLM users.
• Assist clients with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting related to SolidWorks and PDM environments.
• Collaborate with the sales team for product demonstrations, pre-sales consultations, and customer onboarding.
• Deliver post-sales support ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and solution adoption.
• Stay updated with the latest SolidWorks and Dassault Systmes technologies and enhancements.
• Document technical procedures, create user manuals, and contribute to knowledge base resources.
