We are looking for a passionate Design Engineers who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges and turning ideas into practical, reliable, and manufacturable products. This is more than a drafting role you will work closely with Production, Projects, Quality, Purchase, and Service teams to develop innovative solutions and continuously improve our products.

Key Responsibilities
Product Design & Development
- Design and develop new components, assemblies, and industrial machinery.
- Prepare 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and General Arrangement (GA) drawings.
- Create detailed fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly drawings.
- Design products that are safe, reliable, cost-effective, and easy to manufacture.
- Participate in new product development and product improvement initiatives.
Engineering Documentation
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Generate detailed manufacturing drawings with GD&T where applicable.
- Prepare assembly manuals, exploded views, and engineering documentation.
- Maintain revision control and engineering records.
- Ensure documentation complies with company standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Production to ensure designs are practical and manufacturable.
- Coordinate with Purchase for material selection and vendor capabilities.
- Support Projects during execution and resolve engineering queries.
- Assist Quality in addressing manufacturing and inspection issues.
- Provide technical support to Service and Sales whenever required.
Design Validation
- Review designs for strength, functionality, manufacturability, and maintainability.
- Participate in design reviews and risk assessments.
- Resolve engineering issues identified during manufacturing or assembly.
- Incorporate lessons learned into future designs.
- Support prototype development and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to simplify designs and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Standardize components wherever possible.
- Improve existing products based on customer feedback and manufacturing experience.
- Develop design standards and reusable engineering practices.
- Contribute ideas that improve product performance, quality, and reliability.
