Job summary

Indovance in Pune seeks a Civil Designer – Survey drafting to join our design team. The role focuses on civil land surveying projects, boundary and topo plans, ALTA plans, and point cloud data processing, using Civil 3D, AutoCAD and Carlson Survey.

You will work on residential and commercial projects, ensure compliance with standards, and provide technical support to junior engineers. Night shift availability is required (4:00 pm to 1:00 am IST).

Qualifications

• BE Civil or Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• 2–5 years of design experience
• Drafting experience in land surveying projects (USA)
• Night shift availability IST
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Stay updated with Civil 3D software / Carlson Survey practices
• Create boundary, topographic, ALTA and as-built plans
• Process point cloud data
• Work on residential and commercial projects
• Ensure designs meet client requirements and codes
• Manage projects to deliver on time
• Provide technical support to graduate engineers
• Conduct client meetings

• Managing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, and to client expectations
