This is a pathetic organisation. Top management is just after cost cutting and max profit margins. They hire you are a high package and keep searching for cheaper alternatives and once they find it, you will be fired claiming that your performance is low. It doesn’t matter to them even if they have to lay you off even after 1 month of joining. I came all the way to Bengaluru from Delhi and this org fired me after 4 months claiming that I am a high end resource and project has so many non billable resources. (( low performance is always a reason)). DO NOT join this company no matter what. Become a pani poori vendor instead if you do not have a job. Just avoid this horrible organisation.
