Job summary

Alpauls in Bangalore is seeking a Design Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in mechanical design to shape drawings, BOMs, and product improvements. You will work with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD to create accurate 2D/3D models and support cross-functional teams.

Candidates should have BE or Diploma in Mechanical engineering, knowledge of fabrication processes, and the ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively with suppliers and customers.

Qualifications

• BE or Diploma in Mechanical engineering is required.
• 2–3 years of design experience with mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD for 2D/3D models.
• Knowledge of fabrication processes and piping standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D & 3D drawings and BOM.
• Design and develop using Inventor & AutoCAD.
• Re-engineering and product improvement projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide customer support.
• Site visits for technical support when required.
