Job summary

Crown HR Services in India (Gujarat) is seeking a Diploma Mechanical holder for a full-time design role in Samlaya – Savli Road. You will create 3D models and GA drawings, prepare BOMs, and develop tooling concepts for production.

The position requires 2–5 years of experience, familiarity with ISO 9001 and TS16949, and proficiency in Pro E and AutoCAD, with MS Office for documentation.

The role is on-site with a salary of 3–4 LPA and transportation facilities provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Total work experience 2 years minimum.
• Location is Samlaya – Savli Road; in-person work.
• Full-time role with salary 3–4 LPA.
• Experience with ISO 9001 & TS16949 is preferred.
• Pro E, AutoCAD, and FEA familiarity required.

Responsibilities

• Generate 3D model and GA drawings for customer approval.
• Prepare preliminary BOM for costing.
• Tool development for product tooling.
• Implement design changes per DCN.
• Maintain design records per ISO 9001 & TS16949.
• Collaborate with CFTs and management on product designs.
• Use Pro E, AutoCAD and MS Office for documentation and analysis.

Experience: 02 to 05 Years

Location: Samlaya – Savli Road

Salary: 3.00 to 4.00 Lacs PA

Job Description:

• To generate 3D model and GA drawing for customer approval, creating 3D model, 2D drawings.
• Making preliminary BOM for costing.
• Tooled up design of product for tool development.
• Design change as per DCN for any changes in controlled products.
• Maintain all design records according to ISO 9001 & TS16949.
• Collaborating with CFTs and senior management team product design details and drawings.
• Technically competent with various software programs, such as Pro E, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, FEA software. Knowledge of ISO 9001 & TS16949 preferred.
