Atharva Foundries Pvt. Ltd. is a leading foundry producing high-quality castings. We are looking for an innovative Design Engineer to lead our product development and casting tooling design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, and tooling/patterns using PTC Creo and SolidWorks.
• Perform structural, thermal, and fluid flow simulations using ANSYS to validate casting integrity, optimize risers, and reduce defects.
• Collaborate directly with the pattern‑making and production floors to ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM).

Requirements:

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years in mechanical/tooling design.
• Software Skills: Strong hands‑on proficiency in Creo, SolidWorks, and ANSYS.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or a strong understanding of the casting/foundry process, gating/risering, and GD&T.
