Job summary

Casagrand is seeking a Design Coordinator to manage and coordinate with design consultants across architectural, structural, MEP, landscape and interior disciplines, ensuring smooth integration of requirements and timely deliverables.

The candidate should have a basic understanding of design principles, authority approval norms, and project planning, along with strong communication and coordination skills to ensure design intent is met and project milestones are achieved.

• Understand soil investigation reports and soil strata.
• Review and understand project area statements.
• Ensure timely coordination and submission of design deliverables.
