Job summary

JLL in Hyderabad, TS, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction and tenant improvement projects within our Project and Development Services team.

You will manage master schedules, coordinate architects, engineers, and vendors, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while applying financial acumen and safety standards. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in base building and interiors construction management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent desired.
• Preferred - MEP experience; Corporate Real Estate/Office project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage wide variety projects for both new construction and tenant improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain Master Project Schedules and manage successful execution within timeframes.
• Ensure project teams meet established timelines throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage design processes with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Engineers, Testing Agents, and Commissioning Agents.
• Prepare RFPs and manage contractor/vendor selection.
• Monitor budgets and create cost savings for the client.
• Act as liaison between client, finance and vendors.
• Collaborate across JLL platforms and ensure high-quality reporting.
• Champion safety and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services team. As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will be directly responsible for executing complex project goals through agile and strategic leadership. Leveraging a national platform will allow you to focus on and lead industry changing projects that influence the future of work. Your strong knowledge of construction projects from Pre-construction and Design Management to Occupancy/Commissioning and Closeout, will speak to your holistic approach to client needs. Your influence will be founded in facilitating critical stakeholder meetings, providing on-site project leadership and applying financial acumen to meet client goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage wide variety projects for both new construction and tenant improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain Master Project Schedules and manage the successful execution of projects so that completion falls within intended timeframes.
• Ensure project team meets the established timelines requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage the design process as well as Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Engineers, Testing - Agents, and Commissioning Agents, among others.
• Prepare RFPs needed for vendor and contractor services as well as manage the contractor, vendor selection process.
• Monitor the budget and create cost savings for the client.
• Serve as liaison between the client, finance and vendors.
• Collaborate across all JLL platforms including transaction managers, facilities managers, building engineers, occupancy planners, low voltage managers, and move managers, among others.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Apply technology to drive change and provide data accuracy for reporting.
• Proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools (i.e. MS Project, Excel, etc.) and continually seek opportunities to develop your skillset.
• Ensure project closeouts and invoices are completed within established Client SLA for assigned Programs.
• Champion safety by ensuring JLL guidelines are followed.
• Experience with of low voltage cabling a plus.
• Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.
• Travel as needed, up to 25%.

Education Experience

• (10+) years of relevant experience related to base building and interiors construction management.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent desired
• Preferred - MEP experience
• Corporate Real Estate/Office project management experience preferred
