About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Architect or Interior Designer with a strong background in commercial fit-out design — including workspaces, restaurants/ cafés, retail stores, and institutional spaces. This is an association opportunity with flexible work options (remote or from our Chennai office), best suited for candidates who are based in Chennai or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:

Client Pitching:

Leads will be provided by the company
The candidate will be responsible for pitching to potential clients, with active support from the management
The company can provide 10-12 qualified leads per month, driven byvideo-based marketingwhere the designer represents the face of the brand
On average, 6-8 leads per month can move to the pitch stage

Project Conversion & Incentives:

You will receive a fixed remuneration of ₹2,200 per client pitch
Upon successful project conversion, you will be entitled to a handsome design payout

Design & Execution Scope Includes:

Concept development and space planning
Furniture layout preparation
3D modeling & photorealistic rendering
Selection of materials and finishes
Preparation of GFC (Good for Construction) drawings
Site coordination with the project management team
End-to-end client relationship management from initial pitch to final project handover

Ideal Candidate Profile:

2–3 years of hands-on experience in commercial interiors or architectural design
Strong portfolio showcasing work in office, café/ restaurant, or retail interiors
Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/ Lumion, Photoshop, etc.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Confident on camera for video pitches (training/support will be provided)
Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of handling clients independently
Chennai-basedcandidates preferred or willing to relocate to Chennai
