Job summary

Ashkom in Mumbai is seeking a Design & Artwork Specialist with 3–4 years of FMCG packaging experience. You will develop and adapt packaging artwork across variants, create full-panel designs, and prepare files for printing while ensuring brand guidelines are followed.

Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Print Production, and external partners to deliver accurate artwork across substrates and printing methods, coordinating concepts and packaging elements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design.
• Experience in FMCG packaging design.
• Ability to adapt artwork across substrates and printing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt packaging artwork across product variants.

• Prepare artwork files for printing and physical mock-ups.
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Work with poly and carton packaging for Flexo printing.
• Design icons, claims, RTBs, and other packaging elements.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product Development, Print Production, and external partners.
• Adapt artwork across different substrates, product formats, and printing processes.
