Job summary

Wonderchef is seeking a creative Graphic Designer with 4-5 years of professional experience for its Powai-based team. You will lead packaging design, print collateral creation, and brand creative assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across campaigns.

The role requires proficiency in the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a strong eye for typography, colour, and layout, with meticulous attention to production details and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in Graphic Design.
• Strong experience in packaging design, print design, and brand creatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of typography, colour, layout, composition, and branding.
• Good knowledge of print production and pre-press requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop packaging designs for labels, boxes, cartons, sleeves, and pouches.
• Design print collaterals such as brochures, catalogs, flyers, posters, standees, and leaflets.
• Create brand creatives and marketing assets across formats.
• Translate briefs into visually compelling designs.
• Ensure brand guideline consistency and visual identity.
• Prepare print-ready artwork with proper bleed, colour, and resolution.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 4-5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in packaging design, print collaterals, and brand creatives, with a good understanding of visual communication and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging packaging designs including labels, boxes, cartons, sleeves, pouches, etc.
• Design print collaterals such as brochures, catalogues, flyers, posters, standees, danglers, and leaflets.
• Create brand creatives and marketing campaign assets across various formats.
• Translate creative briefs and concepts into visually compelling designs.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Prepare print-ready artwork while ensuring correct dimensions, bleed, colour modes, resolution, and other production specifications.
• Coordinate with printers and external vendors when required.
• Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Product, and other internal teams.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within timelines.
• Stay updated on design, branding, packaging, and visual communication trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in Graphic Design.
