Kreative Dimensions in Mumbai is seeking a motivated Architect with 3–7 years of experience to join our team. You will work on theme parks, hotels, resorts and experiential spaces, taking designs from concept through execution.

• Research, brainstorm and develop creative design concepts.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP and other consultants and with contractors during execution.
• Participate in project planning and coordination.
• Handle multiple projects and deliverables.

We are looking for a creative and driven Architect with 3–7 years of experience who wants to go beyond routine architectural work and be part of exciting, unconventional projects.

With over 26 years of architectural experience, Kreative Dimensions offers an opportunity to work on projects that are far from ordinary.

Founded by Ar. Manisha Kulkarni, our practice has worked across 10+ cities in India and internationally, including the acclaimed Adlabs Imagica, featuring 22 attractions, 5 restaurants, a 5-star hotel and a water park.

Our portfolio also includes a 200+ room resort in Bahrain, a 120+ room hotel in Bhopal, thematic restaurants, residential villas and several experiential projects.

You will be involved in projects from concept to execution—not just assigned a small part of the process.

YOUR ROLE

• Research, brainstorm and develop creative design concepts.
• Translate ideas into strong architectural proposals and presentations.
• Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
• Develop SketchUp 3D models and compelling visualizations.
• Work with Lumion, Enscape or V-Ray.
• Visit project sites and see your designs come to life.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and other consultants.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors during execution.
• Assist with material selection, detailing and design development.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling and coordination.
• Handle multiple projects and take ownership of deliverables.
• Solve real-world design and execution challenges.
