Job summary

Kidzink Design in India seeks a passionate Junior Architect to shape education-led architecture, interiors, fit-outs and construction projects, from concept through delivery. You will contribute ideas, develop drawings and documents, and collaborate across design development, coordination, and project delivery.

You will work with senior architects and a multidisciplinary team to translate ideas into buildable solutions, develop plans, sections and details, and participate in design reviews, site

Qualifications

• 2+ years in architecture, interior design, fit-out or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Strong interest and understanding of architectural design and design development.
• Ability to develop ideas and contribute meaningfully to the design process.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, materials, construction principles and buildability.
• Ability to translate design concepts into clear, coordinated project information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and contribute to architectural and interior design concepts from initial ideas through design development.
• Prepare and develop plans, elevations, sections, details, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Translate design concepts into practical and buildable solutions.
• Coordinate architectural design with interior, structural, MEP, FF&E, landscape, and specialist consultants.
• Work closely with senior architects, designers, technical teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, client discussions, and site visits.
• Identify design and technical issues and proactively work towards practical solutions.
• Assist with material selections, specifications, BOQs, schedules, and construction documentation.
• Review drawings and information to ensure accuracy, coordination, and design intent are maintained.
• Support projects through construction and develop an understanding of how design decisions translate into the built environment.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables, ensuring they are completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines.

• Interest in developing a long‑term career within a design‑led, multi‑geography organisation
