Qualifications

At Blueprints Design, we drive the entire architectural lifecycle from initial design thinking to fully BIM coordinated and integrated project delivery.

We are seeking a Design Architect who balances strong design thinking with high proficiency in BIM environments like Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). If you want to work on complex, large-scale projects and play an active role in both design development and multi-disciplinary coordination, this role is built for you.

Role Overview

As a Design Architect / BIM Architect, you will drive design development, cross-team coordination, and BIM-based project delivery. This role goes far beyond basic modeling and detailing. You will actively contribute to design intent, architectural detailing, and critical coordination decisions that directly impact project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities -

• Design Development: Contribute directly to architectural design development, advanced detailing, and schematic translation.
• BIM Modeling: Translate complex design intent into highly accurate, coordinated BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Clash Coordination: Coordinate closely with MEP and Structural teams to deliver clash-free, fully integrated models using Navisworks.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work actively with clients, design consultants, and internal project teams during design reviews.
• Issue Resolution: Identify design discrepancies early and resolve them efficiently through structured BIM workflows.
• Architectural Drawings: Prepare comprehensive detailed drawings and construction documentation, ensuring strict consistency across all models.
• Process Optimization: Contribute to the continuous improvement of company BIM standards, workflows, and templates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s (B.Arch) or Master’s (M.Arch) degree in Architecture.
• Experience: 3 to 8 years of proven experience working on Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use, or Industrial projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and ACC.
• Competencies: Excellent ability to interpret architectural intent, sharp attention to detail, and a highly collaborative mindset.
• Execution: Disciplined approach to project timelines with strong communication skills.
