Job summary

Asian Paints in Mumbai seeks a designer to handle kitchen and wardrobe design at the store, visit client homes for measurements, and coordinate installations. The role involves supporting sales at the store, managing orders in software, and following up post-installation to ensure client satisfaction.

You will engage with architects/interior designers, maintain client databases, and report sales data to the manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Kitchen and Wardrobe design for the client at the store
• Supporting the store manager/dealer to drive sales from the store. Achieving monthly sales target for the store.
• Handling customer walk-ins and understand their needs
• Conducting site visits (client home) for site measurements and installation
• Design using software to the satisfaction of the client
• Managing existing customers order updates, follow up on site readiness, kitchen installation scheduling, customer query resolutions, taking feedback etc
• Booking orders on software and coordinating for the material dispatch with backend teams
• Follow-ups post sales
• Maintaining database of & follow-up with architects and interior designers to generate leads for that region
• Reporting sales and order booking data to manager regularly
