Job summary

ReNew is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing plants and corporate functions. The role emphasizes manufacturing hiring, stakeholder management with senior leadership, recruitment analytics, and team leadership.

You will drive hiring across sites in India, mentor 4+ recruiters, build robust pipelines for niche roles, track KPIs, and ensure a strong candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Manufacturing industry hiring is mandatory.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership.
• Hands-on with recruitment dashboards, MIS, and data-driven decisions.
• Experience leading Pan-India recruitment teams.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred.

Desired Profile

Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
