Evonik India in Thane is seeking a Deputy/Associate Manager - Talent Acquisition to own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offering. You will partner with hiring managers and external agencies to attract top talent and ensure timely closures.
The role requires an MBA with 8–10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in chemical or specialty chemicals, and strong skills in Workday or SuccessFactors to manage pipelines and candidate engagement.
