Job summary

Growth For Impact is seeking an HSE Leader to plan, organize, and implement the HSE management system and strategy. The role focuses on executing the corporate HSE plan and digitalizing HSE processes across all verticals.

The candidate will collate MIS, perform trend analysis, and establish safety standards for leadership review while identifying training needs and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Formal education in chemical, mechanical or electrical engineering with safety qualification.
• Experience in industrial safety practices and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and incident investigation beneficial.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree: B Tech Chem / Mech / Elect. + Advance Diploma Industrial Safety OR Environmental Engineering
• 2-4 Years of experience
• Knowledge on work place Safety Standards / Construction Safety Standards / Process Safety Management
• Accident investigation techniques and analysis
• Knowledgeable on EHS Regulations
• Knowledge on ISO 14001: 2015 & ISO 45001: 2018
