Job summary

Vena Energy in India (Karnataka) seeks a Deputy Manager - Projects & Construction to oversee E-BoP and solar activities, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met. Requires a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and 8–12 years of construction and project management experience, with strong leadership and English communication.

You will coordinate material readiness, plan resources, report progress daily, and drive quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree of engineering in Electrical or equivalent
• PMP certification is required
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Supervision of execution of E-BoP and Solar activities as per FQP
• Ensure installation activities are on schedule
• Monitoring and tracking of assigned works for quality
• Interact with stores for issue of materials
• Resource mobilization planning and issue recommendations
• Escalate bottlenecks to Construction/ Site Manager
• Daily progress reporting
• Ensure zero LTI for area and clearance of NCs
• Plan work allotment and material management for mechanical activities
• Capture learnings for process improvement and share with PM team
