Esyasoft Technologies Private Limited in India seeks a Project Lead to drive AMISP projects and smart metering deployments. You will coordinate field operations, system integration, stakeholder management, and project monitoring to meet milestones, SLAs, and business objectives.

The role requires 8–10 years in Energy & Utilities, hands-on utility project management, and experience with DISCOMs and large-scale meters. Strong leadership and regulatory/compliance awareness are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Telecommunications, or related Engineering.
• MBA or Project Management certification is an added advantage.
• 8–10 years of experience in Energy & Utilities, Smart Metering, AMI/AMISP projects.
• Hands-on experience managing utility projects, field deployment teams, and vendor coordination.

• Lead day-to-day execution of AMISP and Smart Metering projects.
• Manage smart meter installation, commissioning, and operational activities across assigned areas.
• Coordinate with DISCOMs, utility officials, contractors, and internal cross-functional teams.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance and operational efficiency.

Job Description

The Project Lead will be responsible for driving the execution of AMISP projects, ensuring successful delivery of smart metering deployments across assigned locations.
