Aufgaben

• Prepare PR for Tower materials, services and manpower utilities.
• Create material codes and maintain SAP master data including BOMs.
• Manage material, inventory, store reconciliation and SAP consumption.
• Coordinate stock transfers and sales transactions to EPC/SPV entities.
• Arrange and maintain tower dispatch documentation (invoices, challans).
• Coordinate GRN activities with project sites for EPC/SPV accounting.
• Conduct physical stock audits at fabrication facilities and perform reconciliations.
• Issue job work challans to tower fabricators and reconcile for ITC-04 filing.
• Maintain tower scrap accounting records and reconcile/report.
• Generate MIS reports on inventory, consumption, stock, dispatches and reconciliations.

Job Description

1. Preparation of PR for all Tower materials, services & Manpower utilities.
2. Create material codes and maintain SAP master data, including preparation and maintenance of SAP Bills of Materials (BOM).
3. Responsible for Material Management (Inventory, material matching and consumption), Store reconciliation & consumption in SAP.
4. Coordinate with Taxation, Business Finance and Billing team for internal stock transfers and sales transactions to EPC/SPV entities.
5. Arrange and maintain tower dispatch documentation, including sales invoices and delivery challans.
6. Coordinate Goods Receipt Note (GRN) activities with project sites to ensure accurate EPC/SPV accounting.
7. Conduct and support physical stock audits at tower fabrication facilities and perform inventory reconciliations.
8. Responsible for issuing job work challans to tower fabricators against raw material supplies for job work activities, including quarterly reconciliation and submission of records to the Taxation team for ITC-04 filing.
9. Maintain tower scrap accounting records and ensure proper reconciliation and reporting.
10. Generate and maintain MIS reports related to inventory, material consumption, stock positions, dispatches and reconciliations.
