Job summary

ReNew is seeking a Deputy Manager - Hydro O&M in Rudraprayag, Uttarakhand. The role requires 10 to 15 years of experience in mechanical maintenance with a Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical.

You will lead execution and monitoring of maintenance activities, drive downtime reduction, and ensure safety and documentation standards across hydro assets. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance execution, annual maintenance planning, fast troubleshooting, inventory management, and RCA-driven

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in power/energy sector.
• Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical engineering.
• Strong focus on preventive and breakdown maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor mechanical maintenance activities to ensure healthiness of all equipment and related documentation.
• Assist in spares planning and ensure adequate inventory.
• Minimize downtime in breakdown maintenance to reduce generation loss.
• Perform preventive maintenance for reliable operation and annual maintenance planning.
• Ensure HSE compliance during maintenance activities.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance reports, checklists and SOPs.
