Job summary

ReNew is seeking a Deputy Manager - Procurement - O&M for Wind, Solar & Hydro at Gurgaon HO. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies for O&M spares, services, consumables and project requirements.

Responsibilities include driving RFQ/RFP/RFI processes, conducting commercial evaluations, supplier negotiations, establishing framework agreements, managing AMC/ service contracts, and ensuring contract compliance while building alternate sources and localization opportunities.

Qualifications

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for O&M spares, services, consumables, and project requirements.
• Identify cost reduction and value engineering opportunities.
• Conduct RFQ/RFP/RFI processes and commercial evaluations.
• Drive competitive bidding and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop suppliers.
• O&M Procurement: Procure critical spares for Solar Modules, Inverters, SCADA Systems, Transformers, HT/LT Switchgear, BESS, Wind Turbines and Components.
• Manage annual maintenance contracts (AMC), service contracts, and repair contracts.
• Support warranty and post-warranty procurement activities.

Education - B.E. / B.Tech - Electrical or related discipline

Experience - 6-10 years

Summary - Develop and execute sourcing strategies for O&M spares, services, consumables, and project requirements. Identify cost reduction and value engineering opportunities. Conduct RFQ/RFP/RFI processes and commercial evaluations. Drive competitive bidding and supplier negotiations. Establish framework agreements and rate contracts.
