Job summary

EisnerAmper India seeks a senior team lead to oversee the work product and act as the primary reviewer for your team’s deliverables. You will ensure client outputs are produced with high quality and submitted on time, aligned with EisnerAmper standards.

You will handle calculation, booking and review of deal-wise fees such as management, incentive or carry, and assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and investor reports, including capital calls and distribution schedules.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for work product of the team.
• Act as the Primary reviewer and quality assurance of the deliverables produced by your team.
• Ensure that all client deliverables are on time and meet the EisnerAmper quality standard.
• Calculation, booking and reviewing of deal wise various fees like Management, Incentive/carry etc, as assigned.
• Preparation and review of Financial Statement and Investor Reports including capital calls, distribution schedules, notices etc.
