Job summary

EisnerAmper India seeks a capable leader to oversee the work of a professional team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely client reporting. The role includes QA of outputs, managing fee calculations, and preparing financial statements and investor reports with capital calls and distributions.

The incumbent will engage with clients and CRMs, drive service quality improvements, mentor staff, and align team goals with organizational strategy across offices.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for work product of the team.
• Act as the Primary reviewer and quality assurance of the deliverables produced by your team.
• Ensure that all client deliverables are on time and meet EisnerAmper quality standards.
• Calculation, booking and reviewing of deal-wise fees like Management, Incentive/carry etc., as assigned.
• Preparation and review of Financial Statements and Investor Reports including capital calls, distribution schedules, notices, etc.
• Effective engagement with assigned Clients/CRMs to build rapport and manage expectations through calls and meetings.
• Ensure continuous focus and improvement in service quality for all assigned deliverables.
• Maintain transparency and communication with Client/CRMs.
• Strive to attain 100% client reference and recommendation.
• Mentor and foster leadership skills and best practices amongst the team members.
• Manage a team of professionals to accomplish goals and conduct personnel duties and support mechanisms including SMART goals.
• Encourage and facilitate team communication across offices.
• Build employee motivation and engagement through innovative programs.
• Manage people’s career aspirations and keep them aligned with organizational goals.

People Management and Retention (5%)

• Encourage and facilitate team communication and rapport building within/across offices
