Fundtec in Kolkata is seeking an experienced fund accounting professional to manage private equity fund accounting, NAV calculations, reconciliations, and investor reporting.

You will oversee daily operations, capital calls, distributions, and LP/GP accounting with accurate allocations and fees, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure compliance and timely statements.

Qualifications

• Support the fund accounting team and assist NAVs, reconciliations, and reports.
• Oversee daily NAVs, fund operations, and periodic investor statements.
• Handle Capital Calls, PCAP, and LP/GP accounting allocations.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Manage PE fund accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and NAV.
• Handle capital calls, distributions, and investor statements.
• Maintain LP/GP accounts, allocations, fees, and profit sharing.
• Perform waterfall calculations and NAV activities.
