Job summary

Adani Group is seeking a Project Infrastructure Associate to support planning, execution and monitoring of infrastructure development initiatives. You will coordinate with engineering teams, consultants and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards across roads, utilities, water supply and buildings.

The role involves tracking progress, maintaining dashboards, highlighting risks to senior management, and liaising with internal departments and authorities as needed.

Qualifications

• Qualifications – Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 6–8 years in infrastructure or construction projects.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; AutoCAD preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings; strong project management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Infrastructure in planning and execution of infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, consultants and contractors for day-to-day activities.
• Track progress of site activities and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Support implementation of roads, drainage, utilities, water supply, sewerage, electrical and MEP works.
• Analyse progress and maintain MIS dashboards; report status regularly.
• Highlight delays, risks and issues to senior management.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance and planning during contract amendments.
• Liaise with local authorities when required and ensure cross-functional communication.

Purpose/Objective

• The Project Infrastructure Associate is responsible for providing support in planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of infrastructure development projects.
• The role involves coordination with cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation.

Key Responsibilities of Role

• Project Support & Coordination Assist Lead Infrastructure in planning and execution of infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, consultants, and contractors for day-to-day activities.
• Track progress of site activities and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Site Execution Support Support implementation of infrastructure works such as: Roads, drainage systems, and utilities Water supply and sewerage networks Electrical and associated infrastructure Buildings & MEP Works Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitoring & Reporting Analyse daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and highlight exceptions Maintain MIS dashboards and update project status regularly.
• Highlight delays, risks, and issues to senior management.
• Contractor & Vendor Coordination Interface with contractors for engineering, material supply, work execution and resource mobilization.
• Track contractor performance and elevate issues when needed.
• Contract amendment coordination Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, finance, planning).
• Support liaison with local authorities (if required).
• Ensure smooth communication across project functions.
