Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience 10 to 15 years in a manufacturing/automotive setting.
  • Industry: Automobile; Qualifications: B.E or Diploma in Automobile.
  • Experience Level: Mid Level.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
  • Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard cycle times.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform line balancing studies to optimize workforce utilization.
  • Determine manpower requirements based on production volume.
  • Assess machine and production line capacity.
  • Support new model launches and production ramp-ups.
  • Monitor labor productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze material handling and inventory costs.
