Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6–9 years of experience in project planning and scheduling in Thermal Power Plant Construction, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Construction.
• Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Understanding of structural fabrication, piping, and erection activities.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.
• Good coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
• Immediate to 15 days joiner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
• Develop and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Plan and track activities related to structural fabrication, piping fabrication, and erection.
• Monitor actual progress against planned targets and identify deviations.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, and project teams for timely execution.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and recovery plans.
• Identify critical activities, delays, and bottlenecks.
• Support resource planning, productivity monitoring, and milestone tracking.
• Maintain planning documentation and update project management.
