Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance is seeking a Deputy Manager to spearhead Bancassurance initiatives across Digital Office locations in South India. The role focuses on Health, Motor, and related products, driving revenue through channel partnerships with HDFC Bank.

You will monitor verticals like Home Loan, Auto Loan, and Branch Banking, and implement uniform practices across DO sites. Lead a team of Sales Managers and contribute strategic input to regional plans and performance targets.

• Must have graduate education with relevant sales exposure.

Responsibilities

• Drive Bancassurance business with HDFC Bank in Digital Office locations for Health, Motor and other segments.
• Monitor and drive verticals including Home Loan, Auto Loan, and Branch Banking.
• Manage PL/BL/GL/BBG/EEG/Payments operations and standards.
• Ensure Bancassurance metrics and uniform practices across DO locations.
• Aim for top-line and bottom-line achievement as per defined metrics.
• Lead a team of Sales Managers and guide them toward targets.
• Provide strategic inputs by geography and design/implement plans periodically.
