Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing with focus on engine assembly and testing processes.
• Knowledge of TPM, quality systems and safety culture.
• Experience 3–8 years in automobile industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process issues / quality issues resolution related to engine assembly and testing.
• Engine defect identification and root cause analysis.
• New model static build, line setup and ramp up.
• Capacity improvements through debottlenecking and improvements.
• Rejection system – implementation of zero rejection concept.
• Revenue cost reduction initiatives and improvement idea generation.
• Interaction with all support functions and cross-functional teams for concern resolution.
• Generate safety working culture and develop improvement culture.
• Knowledge of quality systems and adherence; TPM implementation in assembly and testing.
