Job summary

NCL Buildtek Limited in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across functions and build a strong candidate pipeline. You will lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding while ensuring high-quality hires.

The role requires 7–10 years in non-IT recruitment and an MBA/PGDM in HR/IR, with a deep understanding of recruitment processes and hands-on team leadership.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Non IT Recruitment).
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and database searches.
• Perform reference checks and validate candidate credentials to ensure quality hiring.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions
• Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates
• Understand client requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
• Hands-on experience in Team Handling.
