Skillventory in India is seeking a seasoned leader to drive hot forming production operations for syringe manufacturing. You will steer planning, yield improvement, maintenance, and process optimization to ensure seamless line performance.

Key focus areas include monitoring OEE, downtime, and changeover efficiency, while implementing Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement. Compliance with GMP/SOP/CAPA and audits is essential.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
• 8-18 years of experience in Glass Manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in Production Operations, Glass Technology, TPM, and process improvement.
• Green Belt Six Sigma certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Hot Forming production operations for syringe manufacturing.
• Drive production planning, yield improvement, machine maintenance, and process optimization.
• Monitor OEE, downtime, and changeover efficiency.
• Implement Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure GMP/SOP/CAPA and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, SCM, Utility, Stores, and HR for seamless operations.
• Lead audits and maintain audit readiness.
• Oversee manpower planning, team development, workplace safety, and 5S implementation.
• Prepare production MIS reports and analyze operational trends.

Monitor key manufacturing KPIs including OEE, downtime, and changeover efficiency.

Implement Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, CAPA, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, SCM, Utility, Stores, and HR for seamless operations.

Lead customer and regulatory audits while ensuring audit readiness.

Manage manpower planning, team development, workplace safety, and 5S implementation.

Prepare production MIS reports and analyze operational trends for continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.

8-18 years of experience in Glass Manufacturing.

Strong expertise in Production Operations, Glass Technology, TPM, Process Improvement, and Manpower Management.

Green Belt Six Sigma certification will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
