Job summary

Schott Poonawalla in Gujarat seeks a Production Compliance Specialist to coordinate SOPs, manage change control, and train staff in GMP/GDP compliant production processes.

You will ensure QMS and EHS adherence, monitor ISO activities, and collaborate with production managers on documentation and reporting requirements. 1-2 years of relevant pharma/glass industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for production processes
• Initiate and manage change control procedures within the production department
• Implement SOPs and conduct training sessions for production personnel
• Monitor ISO system activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Ensure strict adherence to GMP and GDP guidelines in production operations
• Provide training to personnel on material flows within the production process
• Provide training to new joinees on required documentation standards and procedures and conduct periodic training sessions on product quality and assess training effectiveness
• Collaborate with production managers on documentation and reporting requirements
• Serves as the management system representative for production encompassing Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) protocols.

Preferred candidate profile

BPharm/ MPharm/ MSc Chemistry/Physics/ Microbiology/ BE Electrical/ Mechanical with 1-2 years of relevant experience preferably in Pharma/ Glass industry
