Job summary

Quality Hr Services in Bhopal is seeking a Sr. Manager - Production to lead pharmaceutical injectable manufacturing operations. The role focuses on cartridge filling lines, aseptic practices, and strict GMP/cGMP compliance.

The ideal candidate has 12–16 years' experience in pharma production, strong leadership, and a track record of process improvements, yield optimization, and audits. Location is Bhopal and EHS standards must be followed.

Qualifications

• Ensure safe working practices and EHS compliance.
• Lead and develop the production team.
• Support audits and close observations.
• Optimize cartridge filling line operations and set-ups.
• Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions.

• Manage and ensure smooth execution of cartridge filling operations
• Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve targets as per quality standards
• Ensure compliance with GMP/cGMP, SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Oversee manufacturing activities in controlled/cleanroom areas
• Ensure adherence to aseptic practices and contamination-control requirements
• Monitor manpower utilization, shift planning and production performance
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse and other cross-functional teams
• Review batch manufacturing records, production documentation and logbooks
• Handle deviations, CAPA, change controls and investigations related to production
• Ensure equipment, machines and production areas are maintained in a qualified state

• Ensure efficient operation, monitoring, and optimization of the cartridge filling line, including filling, stoppering, sealing, and associated processes.
• Oversee and ensure proper line clearance, aseptic set-up, format changeover, and reconciliation activities for cartridge filling operations.
• Monitor critical process parameters such as fill volume, product yield, rejection rates, and in-process controls and take corrective actions to maintain consistent product quality.
