Job summary

Bosch Rexroth India is seeking a Business Development specialist for new sectors and applications in testing technology. You will visit customers to generate RFQs for new hydraulic products, resolve technical issues in applications, and provide techno-commercial support to sales.

The role involves market intelligence, go-to-market strategy, liaising with customers, vendors, and internal teams, plus developing prototypes and documenting prove-out concepts.

Qualifications

• B.E./M.E. in Mechanical/Mechatronics with 8-14 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in CAD and MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers to generate RFQs for new technology hydraulic products.
• Trouble shoot hydraulic systems for application/commissioning.
• Provide techno-commercial support to Sales to generate RFQ; qualify & assess risks.
• Prepare proposals with required documents (schematic, BOM, cost sheet).
• Post-order technical work and documentation, customer approval.
• Engage in market intelligence, business potential, long-term strategy, and go-to-market planning.
• Coordinate with customers, CFTs/BU/Vendors throughout projects.
• Conduct technical trainings and awareness sessions.

• Market Intelligence, Business Potential, Long term business strategy, Go to market Strategy.
• New Technical solution, New Development, New Application
• Liaison with Customer, CFTs/ BU / Vendors during entire project.
• Maintains a close connect with customers and builds meaningful insights.
• Prove-Out concepts, prototyping with documentation.
• Develop & promote future technology / products / solution.
• Conduct technical trainings / awareness.

Qualifications

B.E. / M.E. in Mechanical/ Mechatronics with 8 - 14 years of relevant experience

Preferred knowledge / skills

• Proficiency in ACAD, MS-Office (Optional SAP), software’s.
