Job summary

Caterpillar Signs in India seeks a seasoned procurement professional to manage end-to-end sourcing for the US plant, driving cost reductions and supplier development across international supply chains. You will lead negotiations, develop spend analytics, and ensure supplier performance across time zones (India and US).

The role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills to optimize value and drive compliant procurement practices.

Qualifications

• 610+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain.
• Experience in international procurement and India-US supply chains will be an advantage.
• Strong experience in supplier negotiations, cost analysis, sourcing, and vendor
• Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work across India and US time zones.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for the US plant, including sourcing, RFQ/RFP, negotiations, PO management, and supplier follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
