Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager - TCF Maintenance to lead maintenance activities in the tooling and press shop and ensure optimal uptime. The role emphasizes TPM, RCA and analytical QC tools, with hands-on work on mechanical power presses, EOT cranes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and precision checks for press alignment.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to automotive engine engineering, cross-functional teamwork, and adherence to regulatory standards,

Qualifications

• 5-11 years of relevant experience in engine engineering or automobile domains.
• Experience with TPM/Quality systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of analytical QC tools such as ISO Kaizens, VSM, QC Story, MFMEA, CBM, TBM and Root Cause Analysis.
• Troubleshooting of Mechanical power Presses and EOT cranes.
• Repair of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems on Presses.
• Check and correct Parallelism and Perpendicularity of Presses.
• Monitor statutory, regulatory and legal requirements.
• PM uptime, MTTR and MTBF for tryout and spotting presses.
• PM uptime, MTTR and MTBF for CNC machines.
• PM and uptime of utilities like overhead cranes, DG sets, compressors, forklifts.
• Planning, controlling and monitoring spares.
• Implementation of TPM PM Pillar Activities.
