Job summary

Credit Saison India is seeking a legal professional to manage cases, attend hearings, coordinate with external lawyers and police liaison, and ensure service of summons and warrants. The role requires strong verbal and written communication and solid knowledge of NI Act, PASA, arbitration and civil/criminal law.

You will represent the company in legal matters, monitor compliance, and support risk mitigation across branches.

• Well-versed with Sec 138 NI Act, Sec 25 PASA, Arbitration, Civil, and Criminal Laws.

Responsibilities

The candidate should be well-versed with Sec 138 N.I Act, Sec 25 PASA, Arbitration, Civil, and Criminal Laws. Additionally, the candidate should have good communication skills (verbal and written). The role requires attending cases filed against the company, consistent coordination with lawyers and law firms, police liaisoning, ensuring service of summons, warrants, visits, and meetings with customers on a regular basis.
