Job summary

Credit Saison India is seeking a legally adept professional to handle enforcement and compliance matters under Indian laws. The role focuses on Sec 138 NI Act, Sec 25 PASA, arbitration, civil and criminal laws, and requires strong verbal and written communication.

You will coordinate with external lawyers and law firms, liaise with police, ensure service of summons and warrants, and meet customers regularly to drive case progression and company objectives.

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Job Description

The candidate should be well-versed with Sec 138 N.I Act, Sec 25 PASA, Arbitration, Civil, and Criminal Laws. Additionally, the candidate should have good communication skills (verbal and written).

The role requires attending cases filed against the company, consistent coordination with lawyers and law firms, police liaisoning, ensuring service of summons, warrants, visits, and meetings with customers on a regular basis.
