Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in credit management in banking/financial services.
• Proven track record in credit risk management and healthy loan portfolios.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of credit appraisal techniques, lending principles, RBI regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Telugu and English is essential.
