Mahindra And Mahindra Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager for IE/PE Paint Shop in Maharashtra. The role focuses on ensuring PTCED output, controlling paint process defects, and coordinating internal and external customers.

The candidate should have 3–6 years of automotive industry experience and a B.Tech. This position emphasizes TPM practices, safety, and hands-on knowledge of paint shop equipment such as spray guns, pumps, and burners.

Formación

• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
• 3–6 years in IE/PE or paint shop environment.
• Knowledge of TPM and quality tools.
• Understanding of manufacturing and supplier processes.

Responsabilidades

• To ensure PTCED output and its production related activities.
• To control CED/Paint defects due to Process.
• To perform the various lab testing required for PTCED.
• To Coordinate and provide supporting hand to customers (Internal and External)
• To Monitor and control absenteeism on line by planning of cell members leave.
• To create a conducive environment for safe and engaged working.
• To maintain safety of equipment’s by monitoring safety interlocks.
• Hands on experience of handling PTCED line, Knowledge of Paint shop equipment’s like spray guns, pumps, blowers, burners.
• Understanding of ED/Paint defects and trouble shooting.
• Knowledge of TPM
• Knowledge of Quality tools and systems
• Knowledge of Best practices in Industry

Deputy Manager- IE/PE Paint Shop Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• To ensure PTCED output and its production related activities.
• To Control CED/Paint defects due to Process.
• To perform the various lab testing required for PTCED.
• To Coordinate and provide supporting hand to customers (Internal and External)
• To Monitor and control absenteeism on line by planning of cell members leave.
• To find cost effective solution for the consumable Items by monitoring, suggesting, implementing I4 ideas/Kaizens.
• To create a conducive environment for safe and engaged working.
• To maintain safety of equipment’s by monitoring safety interlocks.
• Hands on experience of handling PTCED line, Knowledge of Paint shop equipment’s like spray guns, pumps, blowers, burners.
• Understanding of ED/Paint defects and trouble shooting.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing process and Supplier processes
• Knowledge of TPM
• Knowledge of Quality tools and systems
• Knowledge of Best practices in Industry
