Job summary

Golden Opportunities in Mumbai seeks an experienced Finance Business Partner to collaborate with Technology Office teams, delivering financial insight and decision support. You will lead month-end close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cost management across headcount, contractors, cloud and technology services.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of relevant experience, strong FP&A and management reporting skills, and proficiency with SAP and Power BI.

Qualifications

• MBA in Finance or equivalent with strong accounting/finance background.
• Qualified/Semi-Qualified CA/CMA progressing towards full qualification.

Responsibilities

• Act as Finance Business Partner for Technology Office, partnering with operations, product, technology and leadership to provide financial insight and decision support.
• Lead management accounting activities including month-end close, journals, accruals, prepayments, allocations, reconciliations and PL review.
• Prepare monthly reporting packs, variance analysis, and commentary for senior finance and business stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and planning by consolidating inputs and validating assumptions.
• Partner with stakeholders to manage headcount, contractor, cloud and other cost drivers; provide visibility of spend and future implications.
• Maintain financial controls across management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, cost reporting and audit evidence.
• Provide commercial finance support for business cases, transformation initiatives and strategic vendor/technology arrangements; highlight financial risks and value drivers.
• Develop and improve management information, dashboards and finance processes using Excel, Power BI, SAP and Copilot.

• Maintain financial controls and governance across management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, cost reporting and audit evidence, ensuring compliance with Group finance policies and accounting standards.
• Provide commercial finance support for business cases, transformation initiatives and strategic vendor or technology service arrangements, highlighting financial risks, benefits and value drivers.
• Develop and improve management information, dashboards and finance processes using tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP and Copilot to enhance visibility, accuracy and efficiency.
