Job Position Title: Senior Associate (Level)_Financial Reporting
Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering finance and reporting workstreams for banking/FS clients, applying sound understanding of banking products, regulatory requirements, and industry practices.
- Execute finance data migration activities, including data extraction, mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, and cut‑over using relevant migration tools.
- Support FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and preparation of management review packs.
- Participate in month‑end and year‑end close activities, preparing journals, reconciliations, and financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain MIS and performance dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and Think‑cell, ensuring accuracy and consistency of reported KPIs.
- Contribute to ERP finance workstreams, including chart of accounts (CoA) design support, data migration, testing, and user training documentation.
- Prepare financial and treasury reports, cash/liquidity reports, and assist in reviewing finance operating model processes and controls.
- Work closely with internal and external auditors, providing schedules, reconciliations, and responding to queries related to financial reporting and controls.
- Identify process improvement opportunities in FP&A, MIS, and closing/reporting cycles, and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage own work plans and timelines, and provide guidance to junior team members where required.
Mandatory Skill Sets
- CA or Equivalent with 3-5 years of post‑qualification experience in financial reporting.
- Good working knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS Implementation.
- Additional qualification of CPA, ACCA, and post‑graduation in accounting will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skill Sets
- Experience of working on Indian GAAP / IFRS Audits in the past will be an added advantage.
- Quick learner and works well within a team.
- Ability to explain in a simple way complex accounting and financial reporting issues.
- Ability to read, understand and apply technical accounting standards.
- Well versed with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills.
- Should be flexible to travel.

Manager
Job Position Title: Manager (Level)_Financial Reporting
Responsibilities
- Lead finance and reporting initiatives for banking clients, applying deep banking domain and regulatory expertise.
- Own end‑to‑end finance data migration workstreams, including mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, and cut‑over using migration tools.
- Drive FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic financial insights for management.
- Oversee month‑end and year‑end financial closing processes to ensure timely, accurate statutory and management reporting.
- Design and manage MIS dashboards and analytics using Tableau, Power BI, and Think‑cell to support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Lead ERP finance workstreams, including CoA design, transition, data migration, configuration, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
- Implement and enhance FP&A, MIS, budgeting, and forecasting frameworks to improve performance management.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring robust financial reporting, controls, and compliance.
- Manage financial and treasury reporting and review finance operating models to optimize processes, controls, and governance.
- Lead cross‑functional teams and mentor juniors to deliver finance transformation, reporting, and analytics initiatives effectively.
Mandatory Skill Sets
- CA with 5-7 years of post‑qualification experience in financial reporting.
- Experience of managing Indian GAAP / IFRS GAAP conversion projects.
