Job summary

Godrej Industries Group (GIG) is seeking a portfolio monitoring professional to oversee construction progress, budgets, and schedules across multiple projects. You will review funds, compliance, and risk factors, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction progress against milestones, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct periodic site reviews and assess execution, timelines, and cost overruns.
• Track inventory position, sales performance, collections, and cash flow adequacy for inventory-funded projects.
• Review fund utilization, escrow operations, and end-use compliance to prevent fund diversion.
• Monitor adherence to sanction terms, covenants, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify early warning signals (EWS), assess project risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Review reports from developers, consultants, and external agencies.
• Prepare portfolio monitoring reports, risk dashboards, and management updates.
• Collaborate with Business, Credit, Risk, Legal, and Technical teams for portfolio management.
• Support audits, inspections, and portfolio review exercises.

Job Description
