Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is hiring a hands-on Deputy Manager Fabrication (Production) for our Vadodara plant. You will lead fabrication, welding, machining and press brake operations, drive Kaizen and ensure safety, ISO and quality compliance on the shop floor.

You should have 8-12 years of fabrication/manufacturing experience, a B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, and strong manpower handling and execution skills. Preference for candidates from SS tank fabrication and steel fabrication sectors.

• Hands-on press brake & welding shop exposure
• Strong manpower handling & shopfloor execution skills
• ISO documentation & safety compliance experience

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily/monthly production & dispatch targets
• Supervise fabrication, welding, machining & press brake operations
• Manage shopfloor manpower, shifts, productivity & discipline
• Ensure safety, SOP, ISO & quality compliance
• Plan BOQ-based raw material indents & inventory coordination
• Drive Kaizen, downtime reduction & process improvement
• Coordinate with tool room for inspections, trials & R&D support
• Experience in Steel fabrication, SS, MS etc; welding processes TIG, MIG, GTAW; ISO 9001:2015 documentation

• Achieve daily/monthly production & dispatch targets

• Manage shopfloor manpower, shifts, productivity & discipline
• Ensure safety, SOP, ISO & quality compliance
• Plan BOQ-based raw material indents & inventory coordination
• Drive Kaizen, downtime reduction & process improvement
• Coordinate with tool room for inspections, trials & R&D support
• Experience in Steel fabrication, SS, MS etc, well versed with Welding processes like TIG, MIG, GTAW, etc, Documentations, ISO 9001:2015
