Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy invites applications for Deputy Manager Fabrication (Production) at our Vadodara plant. This hands-on shopfloor leadership role demands strong execution, manpower handling, and deep exposure to fabrication processes.

You will supervise welding, machining, and press brake operations, drive Kaizen, ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance, and coordinate material planning with inventory teams. Previous experience in SS/MS fabrication and TIG/MIG/GTAW welding is essential.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of hands-on fabrication/manufacturing experience.
• Experience in steel fabrication including SS/MS and welding.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 documentation and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily and monthly production and dispatch targets.
• Supervise fabrication, welding, machining and press brake operations.
• Manage shopfloor manpower, shifts, productivity and discipline.
• Ensure safety, SOP compliance and quality standards.
• Plan BOQ-based raw material indents and coordinate inventory.
• Drive Kaizen and process improvements to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with tool room for inspections, trials and R&D support.

We are hiring a hands-on shopfloor leader to manage fabrication and production operations at our Vadodara plant. The role requires strong execution capability, manpower handling, and deep exposure to fabrication processes.

• Achieve daily/monthly production & dispatch targets
• Supervise fabrication, welding, machining & press brake operations
• Manage shopfloor manpower, shifts, productivity & discipline
• Ensure safety, SOP, ISO & quality compliance
• Plan BOQ-based raw material indents & inventory coordination
• Drive Kaizen, downtime reduction & process improvement
• Coordinate with tool room for inspections, trials & R&D support
• Experience in Steel fabrication, SS, MS etc, well versed with Welding processes like TIG, MIG, GTAW, etc, Documentations, ISO 9001:2015
• Candidate from SS tank fabrication industry is preferred.
