Job summary

Venus HR consultancy Limited is seeking a Senior Manager – Fabrication & Construction Execution to lead end-to-end fabrication and construction activities for major industrial projects. You will oversee structural, piping, modular and pressure vessel fabrication, manage multiple shops and ensure on-time delivery with uncompromised quality and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and knowledge of ASME VIII and API 650 standards, with 15–20 years (B.E./B.Tech) or 18–25

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Eng with 15–20 years fabrication experience.
• Diploma in Mechanical Eng with 18–25 years fabrication experience.
• Extensive Modular & Piping Fabrication experience; ASME VIII & API 650 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fabrication and construction execution activities.
• Oversee modular, piping, structural fabrication and pressure vessels.
• Manage multiple shops and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and safety.
• Optimize manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Develop fabrication plans, schedules and execution strategies.
• Identify bottlenecks and take preventive actions.
• Coordinate with clients, engineering, planning, quality, procurement and project teams.
• Monitor cutting, welding, forming, assembly and dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety procedures.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager – Fabrication & Construction Execution to lead fabrication and execution activities for major industrial projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead end-to-end fabrication & construction execution activities
• Oversee Structural, Piping, Modular & Pressure Vessel fabrication
• Manage multiple fabrication/manufacturing shops and parallel activitiesEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, with uncompromised Quality & Safety
• Optimize manpower, materials, tools and equipment
• Develop fabrication plans, schedules and execution strategies
• Identify production bottlenecks and take preventive actions
• Coordinate with clients, engineering, planning, quality, procurement and project teams
• Monitor cutting, welding, forming, assembly and dispatch activities
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and safety procedures
• Lead teams through effective Leadership & Delegation

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering: 15–20 years of relevant experience
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering: 18–25 years of relevant experience
• Extensive experience in Modular & Piping Fabrication
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, materials & quality control
• Knowledge of ASME Section VIII, API 650 and relevant industry standards
• Proven leadership experience in fabrication/manufacturing/construction
• Strong Project Management & Resource Optimization skills
• Cost and schedule awareness
• Ability to manage multiple projects/activities under pressure
• Knowledge of CAD and relevant engineering/project management software
