Job summary

Yashoda Hospitals is seeking a Deputy Manager Electrical O&M to oversee maintenance and operations of hospital facilities, ensuring uninterrupted power supply and reliable electrical systems across HT/LT panels, DG sets, UPS and lighting.

The role requires 9–14 years of experience in electrical operations within large healthcare facilities or high-rise buildings, with BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical and a proven leadership track in managing teams and contractors.

Qualifications

• 9-14 years in Electrical Operations & Maintenance.
• Experience in multi-specialty hospitals, healthcare facilities, commercial buildings, IT parks, or high-rise projects is preferred.
• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical maintenance and operations of hospital/building facilities.
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply and smooth functioning of electrical systems.
• Oversee HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, electrical distribution and lighting systems.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Lead and supervise electrical maintenance teams, contractors and service providers.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory requirements and SOPs.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for maintenance activities.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, spares and inventory.
